Darkness into Light 2023

Three weeks to go until we sail, walk or run from 'Darkness Into Light' on Saturday 6th May at around 05:00. We aim to build on last year's success, and we look forward to seeing lots of members take part and support this incredible charity. Unfortunately this year, dawn coincides with low tide, so launching will take place via the river. Therefore only dinghy sailors who are happy to launch their own boats in the river are invited to sail. Flying Fifteens and Cruisers are excluded due to the tide conditions.
Anyone planning to sail should register on our website here as soon as possible. Bookings will close on Thursday 4th May. Booking is essential so we can ensure adequate safety cover.
Breakfast is being organised in the club at just 10 euro per person with the proceeds also going to Pieta. Please book your breakfast here.
