  • Junior Regatta 2024

    Details have been announced of our 2024 Junior Regatta, which takes place on Friday 19th July 2024. Open to all dinghy sailors aged 18 or under on 31st August 2024, the event will cater for all dinghy classes with up to 4 races taking place. The regatta will be followed by a BBQ and prize-giving in the clubhouse. Bray SC members (including those taking part in Junior Training that week) should enter

  • Midsummer Twilight Regatta 2024

    Details of this year's Midsummer Twilight Regatta have been announced and the event is now open for entries. Taking place over three summer evenings, the event will host up to 9 races, with a burger BBQ and prize-giving after racing on the final day (Sunday 30th June).     Keelboat regatta

    We were delighted to welcome Barry MacNeaney back to Bray SC as Race Officer for our 2024 keelboat regatta today. Barry provided magnificent racing for the ten competing boats in a variety of conditions with wind speeds ranging from 5 to 20 knots and constantly changing directions.     Advanced Dinghy Instructor course

    We were pleased to host an Advanced Dinghy Instructor course over the last two weekends, during which Irish Sailing instructor trainer Kevin Leonard put nine aspiring Advanced Instructors through their paces over four long days of classsroom and water-based sessions.
