October Series gets off to a Flying Start
Well the October Series got off to a super start. What glorious weather! We had blue skies, sunshine, flat seas and Force 4 winds. We had 11 boats on the water a Hansa, a 420, a couple of Flying Fifteens and a half dozen Lasers. Keelboat Regatta 2023 - Re-scheduled - 16th September

Midummer Twilight Regatta 2023
Details have been announced of this year's Midsummer Twilight Regatta, which will take place on Saturday and Sunday 8th and 9th July 2023. Traditionally a three day event, tidal constraints mean that this year's regatta will take place over two days but we hope to revert to a three day event next year. It's not just all about sailing - one of the most anticipated parts of Junior Training (and one that most mothers dread) is Cake Day. Dublin Port Safe Passage course
25 Bray SC members attended a course on Safe Passage and Communication within the Dunbln Port area last night. The course, which was delivered by two members of the Irish Nautical Trust, covered topics such as the importance of contacting Dublin VTS, how and where to cross the shipping channel, passage lines within the port area, as well as general guidance to ensure a safe passage for leisure users.

BSC's 2023 Inclusion programme gets underway
Last week saw Bray Sailing Club's partnership with Lakers return for the 2023 season. (Lakers is a local sports and activities club for children and adults with intellectual disabilities). Junior Training is back on the water!
This week marks the official start of summer in BSC as our annual Junior Training programme gets underway.
