Keelboat regatta

We were delighted to welcome Barry MacNeaney back to Bray SC as Race Officer for our 2024 keelboat regatta today. Barry provided magnificent racing for the ten competing boats in a variety of conditions with wind speeds ranging from 5 to 20 knots and constantly changing directions.

After three challenging races, the results were very tight, with Peter Davison on Shamu emerging victorious after a tie break for first and second places. There were also tie breaks between third and fourth, and again between fifth and sixth.

Thanks are due to all who provided a great day's racing, by assisting both ashore and afloat.
